🌬️Qigong: Energy in Motion Experience the ancient Chinese art of Qigong—a gentle, meditative movement practice that harmonizes breath, posture, and intention to cultivate life energy ("Qi"). This class blends slow, flowing movements, mindful breathing, and focused awareness to promote balance, vitality, and inner calm. Perfect for all levels, Qigong supports physical health, emotional well-being, and mental clarity. Whether you're new to energy practices or deepening your wellness journey, this class offers a peaceful space to reset and recharge. No experience necessary—just wear comfortable clothes and bring a willingness to move and breathe.

Sunday Spin with Kari 9-9:50am

High-energy, indoor cycling will challenge your ideas about cardio, offering an enjoyable, music-based class that is fun for all levels! Through a mix of interval training, climbs, endurance rides and sprints, you’ll be sure to work up a sweat as you pedal along to the beat. Training on a bike makes this workout low impact on the joints, but plenty challenging. Make this class as intense as you wish—it is YOUR ride! Class is located in the Group Room. IMPORTANT CLASS DETAILS: The class capacity for this format is 9. Participants must register in advance and check-in with the instructor upon arrival to class. *Registration is required* At Jupiter Country Club Spa & Fitness, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes. To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, our class reservation and cancellation policies for our clients/members and guests are in place. GROUP-FITNESS CLASS RESERVATION POLICY The group fitness schedule will open for registrations one week at a time, and one week in advance. Every Sunday at 8:00 pm the schedule will open, and registrations will be available. GROUP-FITNESS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY Now you made a reservation for a class, but something comes up and you can't make it. What should you do? To cancel reservations please call the Spa & Fitness front desk prior to 5:00 PM the day before the class. Please leave a voicemail if we are not able to answer the phone. If you fail to cancel a reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will charge a $10.00 "no show/late cancellation" fee*. We will no longer be accepting messages via social media, emails, phone/text to instructors, please call the front desk directly at (561) 743-9100 ex: 8766 **Classes are subject to change and may be cancelled at any time. Instructor substitutions may occur without notice.**
